Bookings with venues and vendors
The cancellation terms of a booking are the ones in the quote the organiser accepted. Where a quote states none, [Default cancellation terms — to be confirmed by the owner and counsel].
Payments
Payments are collected through the payment methods shown at checkout (for example M-Pesa, Airtel Money, bank transfer or card, as enabled). A payment is matched to your order by its reference. If a payment arrives for an order that is no longer available, we refund it.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned by the same method where possible.

- VenueScout's own fees are refunded where the booking is cancelled by the venue or vendor, or where we made an error. [Fee refund rules — to be confirmed]
Event tickets
For tickets sold through Event Map by VenueScout, the organiser sets the refund terms for the event. Where a ticket is cancelled by the organiser, buyers are refunded.
Disputes
