What you can ask for
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete data we no longer need, or must not keep;
- stop or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent;
- move your data to another service where it applies.

How fast we answer
We will respond within [Response time — to be confirmed by counsel]. Some records we must keep, for example payment and audit records; we will tell you which and why.

If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Nairobi. Read the privacy notice for what we collect and who processes it.
