One platform, three sides
VenueScout connects organisers (who bring the demand), venues (who bring the space) and event vendors (who bring the services). An organiser can find a venue, design the event in 3D with Event Map by VenueScout, sell tickets with M-Pesa and tender the suppliers in one connected workflow.
VenueScout is a joint venture of Crowlective Studio, the makers of Event Map, and Conferencing In A Box. It is based in Nairobi.

Organisers
Find and compare venues, send one brief to several of them, design the layout in 3D, sell tickets and tender vendors.
Venues
Claim your venue, edit its listing and answer RFPs. Venues already modelled in Event Map show their 3D tour and layouts; requesting a model is planned.
Vendors
Create a profile, get verified and bid on tenders, including tenders made from an Event Map equipment list.
Starting in Nairobi
Nairobi is the first city. Kampala, Kigali and Dar es Salaam come later; they are marked as coming, not live, until they are.
